Dickinson Woodworking, LLC is a family owned and operated business located in Greenfield, IN. The wood is sourced locally, sometimes by milling the wood themselves from recovered storm damaged trees. This utensil is made from hard maple. Hard maple is a great wood for utensils because it is very durable, with a smooth, fine grain. The handles are contoured to fit comfortably in the hand and all surfaces are finely sanded. All Dickenson Woodworking utensils are safe to use on non-stick, stainless, and cast iron pans.
