
Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
- Mash the raspberries in a small bowl to release their juices.
- In a larger bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Layer the oat mixture and mashed raspberries alternately into two jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, stir well. Add a splash of additional milk if the oats are thicker than desired.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
