Ingredients

6 oz Gin, chilled
-
3oz Strawberry Lemonade White Aged Balsamic
-
5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-
1 Egg White
-
Club Soda
-
Lemon Rounds, for garnish
Directions
Add the gin, balsamic, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Shake vigorously until the egg white froths, about 15 seconds.
Add ice to the rock glass and pour mixture about ¾ of the way up. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
