- 6 oz Gin, chilled
- 3 oz Strawberry Lemonade White Aged Balsamic
- 5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Club Soda
- Lemon Rounds, for garnish
Directions
- Add the gin, balsamic, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
- Shake vigorously until the egg white froths, about 15 seconds.
- Add ice to a rocks glass and pour the mixture about ¾ of the way up.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
