
Roasted Garlic Tomato Basil Pizza1

Ingredients
- Wild Garlic Pizza Dough
- 2 Tbsp Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Pecorino Cheese
- 2 Fresh Tomatoes, sliced
- 6 Fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
- 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Infused Sea Salt
- Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic, for garnishing
Directions
- Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
- Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness. Poke the dough with a fork. Cook the dough on a pizza stone or grill for 10 minutes, or until slightly brown and crispy.
- Remove the crust from the grill or oven. Flip it over and place toppings on the cooked side in this order: olive oil, cheese, and tomato slices.
- Return to the oven or grill and cook for another 5–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden around the edges and the cheese is melted. Finish with basil, Roasted Garlic Sea Salt, and a drizzle of Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
