  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, cucumber, and apple.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Wasabi Infused Olive Oil, Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic, Black Garlic Shiitake Rub, Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, and mayo until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and black sesame seeds. Serve as is, or with lettuce cups, tortilla chips, or on a sandwich.
