  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange halved brussel sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet. Do not overcrowd.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with diced bacon, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, drizzle with Spicy Sriracha Balsamic, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes to allow the vinegar to caramelize.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
