
Bacon & Sriracha Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Spicy, savory, and slightly sweet—these roasted brussel sprouts with crispy bacon and a drizzle of sriracha balsamic are the perfect side dish with bold flavor and irresistible texture.

- 20 brussel sprouts, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 3 slices bacon, diced small
- 2 tsp Sriracha Flake Sea Salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2–3 Tbsp Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Arrange halved brussel sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet. Do not overcrowd.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with diced bacon, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with Spicy Sriracha Balsamic, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes to allow the vinegar to caramelize.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
