Filling
- 4 Large Granny Smith Apples
- 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp French Toast Shaker
- 1/4 cup Cranberry Spice Balsamic or any fruity Balsamic
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
Crust
- 2 1/2 cups Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Maple Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Peel and chop apples. Place in a 9x13 inch pan and toss with flour, French Toast Shaker, Cranberry Spice Balsamic, and Vanilla Bean Sea Salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and Vanilla Maple Olive Oil.
- Crumble the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden, the apples are gooey, and bubbles have formed around the edges.
