  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the bacon to your desired finished size (full strips, half strips, or 1” squares).
  3. Line a sheet pan with foil. Arrange bacon on the pan and sprinkle evenly with French Toast Shaker.
  4. Bake until crispy, approximately 20 minutes depending on thickness.
  5. Meanwhile, place the chocolate in a glass bowl and slowly melt over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally.
  6. Allow the bacon to cool slightly. Dip each piece halfway (or ¾ way) into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Spoon chocolate onto bacon if needed.
  7. Sprinkle with Sea Salt. Let cool at room temperature until chocolate is firm. Enjoy!
