Refund Policy for all classes

Our classes are non-refundable. We encourage you to send someone in your place if you cannot attend a class at the last minute. All class reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis so you are encouraged to sign up early. If Cooks on Main cancels a class for any reason, you will be notified immediately by phone and can switch to another class of the same value or be fully refunded your registration fees. If the class is held, there will be no refunds for any reason. Cooks on Main reserves the right to substitute or modify any class when necessary.

Class Expectations

All classes include menu recipes, samples of the food prepared and complimentary beverages. Dress in layers it heats up fast in the kitchen! For your safety, please wear flat, closed-toe shoes in our hands on classes and long hair pulled back.

Kids Classes

Seats in our kids cooking classes are for kids only, ages 5–17. Sorry parents ... enjoy your free time. You’re welcome! Parents will be asked to fill out an emergency information form for each child. If your child has any special needs or concerns, the store should be contacted directly to ensure the class expectations. 


For participation classes, participants will be using heating elements and sharp cooking utensils, and should be tall enough to comfortably reach counter and stovetops to get the full class experience. For your safety, please wear flat closed-toe shoes and long hair pulled back. Age requirements for classes 


Unless noted in class description anyone from ages 12-15 can attend with an adult. Two seats need to be purchased to do so. For ages 16-17 they can attend alone with a liability release signed by a guardian.


Any food allergies or medical concerns should be discussed with culinary director prior to registration.

Payment

Redeem gift cards for class purchases in-store only. All class sign-ups should be made online.
