
Cumin Maple Pecans
With only three ingredients, you can spice up pecans to put on salads or eat as a healthy snack.

- 1 cup Pecan Halves
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Spice Sea Salt
Directions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add pecans to a small sauté pan over medium heat. Cook until slightly toasted and fragrant, tossing to prevent burning, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle maple syrup evenly over pecans and stir continuously to prevent burning. Cook for another 3–4 minutes, until the liquid evaporates and the syrup caramelizes.
- Spread nuts on parchment paper, separate them as much as possible, and quickly sprinkle with salt.
- Cool completely and enjoy as a snack or salad topping.
