Easy, cheesy, delicious!
Ingredients

Tortilla of choice
-
Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese
-
Bonnie's Peach Corn Salsa
-
15 oz can black beans
Directions
Add a 15 oz. can of drained black beans to the Bonnie's Country Classic Peach & Corn Salsa and spread on flour tortillas. Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese. Top with another flour tortilla and microwave or bake until the cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
Recipe Note
Shredded cooked chicken can also be mixed into the Peach & Corn Salsa.
