PICO DE GALLO

• 5 roma tomatoes, seeded and small dice
• 2 Jalapenos seeded and diced
• 1 red onion, small diced
• 1 bunch cilantro
• Cumin to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Lemon juice
• Cilantro Olive oil enough to coat the mix

Put everything into a bowl and let marinate Season to taste. Flavor gets better the longer it sits!!
