Ingredients:

White Claw (or seltzer of choice)

1oz Lime Juice

1-2tsp Zest of Lime (for rimming)

2tsp Sugar (for rimming)

1oz Agave Syrup or Simple Syrup

2oz Tequila

Directions:

1. On a small rimming plate, mix together the sugar and lime zest. Rim your glass with simple syrup or lime juice then dip in the sugar+lime mixture. Set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker combine the tequila, lime juice, agave/simple syrup with LOTS of ice and shake vigorously. Pour entire contents of shaker into a glass. Top with a White Claw. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge if desired!
