Fiesta Beef Tacos
Our Fiesta Spice infused oil adds a depth of flavor to ground beef perfect for taco meat! These delicious tacos are perfect for entertaining or a weeknight meal!

Yield: Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Shallot Olive Oil
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Smoked Chili Rub
- 1 Tbsp Jalapeno Lime Balsamic
- 8-10 Tortilla Shells
- 1 Tomato, diced small
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Queso Blanco Cheese
Directions
- Heat a large skillet with the oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and break apart with a spoon.

Season with spice or rub and cook ground beef throughout.

Add the vinegar, stir and cook an additional minute until caramelized.
- Layer tortillas with meat, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Enjoy!
