
Fresh Herb & Garlic Chimichurri Steak
This juicy grilled steak is infused with bold Mediterranean seasonings and finished with a zesty, herbaceous chimichurri sauce. A perfect entrée paired with mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables.

Steak
- 2 1lb Steaks of Choice
- 2 Tbsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning
- 1½ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, divided
Chimichurri
- 1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 Large Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- ¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
Directions
- Season steaks with Mediterranean Rosemary Rub and 1 tsp sea salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours. Pat dry before grilling.
- In a blender or food processor, blend mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and ¼ tsp sea salt until well combined.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Top each steak with a generous spoonful of chimichurri and serve. Enjoy with Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes.
