Directions

  1. Season steaks with Mediterranean Rosemary Rub and 1 tsp sea salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours. Pat dry before grilling.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and ¼ tsp sea salt until well combined.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Top each steak with a generous spoonful of chimichurri and serve. Enjoy with Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes.
