Directions

  1. Combine the drained black beans with Bonnie's Country Classic Peach & Corn Salsa.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a flour tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella or provolone cheese, then top with another flour tortilla.
  4. Microwave or bake until the cheese melts.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve.

Recipe Note

Shredded cooked chicken can also be mixed into the Peach & Corn Salsa for added protein.
