
Peach & Corn Quesadilla
Easy, cheesy, delicious!
Ingredients
- Tortilla of choice
- Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese
- Bonnie's Peach Corn Salsa
- 15 oz can black beans, drained
Directions
- Combine the drained black beans with Bonnie's Country Classic Peach & Corn Salsa.
- Spread the mixture onto a flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle with grated mozzarella or provolone cheese, then top with another flour tortilla.
- Microwave or bake until the cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Recipe Note
Shredded cooked chicken can also be mixed into the Peach & Corn Salsa for added protein.
