PEACH & CORN QUESADILLA

  • Add a 15 oz. can of drained black beans to the Bonnie's Country Classic Peach & Corn Salsa and spread of a flour tortilla. 
  • Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese. 
  • Top with another flour tortilla and microwave or bake until the cheese melts. 
  • Cut into wedges.

Variation:

  • Shredded cooked chicken can also be mixed into the Peach & Corn Salsa.
