Directions

  1. Set the grill to 400°F.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season generously with rub. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Add chicken to grill and cook, flipping every 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 10–20 minutes depending on size.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine mayo, vinegar, lemon juice, rub, horseradish, and salt to make the white sauce.
  5. Serve chicken with Alabama white sauce, carrot sticks, and celery sticks.
