Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water using a Pasta Rock™ according to package instructions.
  2. Cook the pappardelle pasta per package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  3. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add shallot, kale, sun-dried tomatoes, herb blend, and balsamic. Cook until kale is wilted, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add pasta, ½ cup reserved pasta water, lemon zest and juice, and Parmesan. Stir to combine, adding more water if needed to loosen sauce.
  6. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
