
Strawberry Kale Salad
This fresh, vibrant salad combines sweet strawberries, creamy avocado, and crunchy sunflower seeds with tender kale leaves tossed in a zesty strawberry-lemon vinaigrette. A refreshing and healthy option for any meal!

- 3 Tbsp Strawberry White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil
- 1–2 tsp Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt
- 4 stalks kale
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ English cucumber, seeds removed and diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
Directions
- Make the dressing by whisking together the Strawberry Balsamic, olive oil, and sea salt. Set aside.
- Wash the kale, remove and discard the ribs, then dice the leaves into small pieces. Place in a large bowl with a lid.
- Pour the dressing over the kale, cover the bowl, and shake to evenly coat the leaves.
- Arrange the dressed kale on a serving platter.
- Top with sliced strawberries, diced cucumber, avocado, and sunflower seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
