BEEF & PICKLE SPREAD
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Dill Pickle Dip Mix
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 dill pickles, drained & finely chopped
- 5 ounces dried beef, finely chopped
In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, sour cream, and Dill Pickle Dip Mix. Stir until completely blended. Stir in pickles and beef. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
