CONFETTI CHEESEBALL
- Confetti Cheeseball (Cheesespread) Mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- (8 oz. shredded cheese = 2 cups)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened*
- 2 Tablespoons milk
You may use low-fat or nonfat products with this mix although results may
vary.
*Cream cheese may be softened in microwave. Blend cream
cheese to avoid any “hot spots” before adding to recipe.
Place softened cream cheese and spices in mixing bowl. Mix well (a fork
works great to mix with), then add shredded cheese and milk. Shape
into a ball or log.** Cover with plastic wrap. Chill overnight or
minimum of 4 hours. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
**May roll cheeseball in groundnuts (pecans or walnuts),
parsley flakes, paprika, or crushed potato chips.
