Answers
Orders and Shipping
We ship to the contiguous 48 states.
On average, C/M will ship your order within 24 hours of confirmation. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and if applicable, the others items on your order will ship immediately. The out-of-stock item will be shipped promptly when it is back in stock.
Within 24-48 hours of shipping you will receive tracking to your email provided dyuring checkout. Cooks on Main ships via UPSP and UPS so please note your shipping address correctly.
Standard USPS and UPS lead times are 3-5 days, but it can take longer for remote delivery areas or in the event of adverse weather. All packages are left without obtaining a signature, although the delivery company's driver may decide not to leave a package if they feel there is a risk it might be stolen.
Items purchased for delievery by a 3rd party shipper are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a shipping carrier. this means that once the item is delivered to the shipping arrier and ta tracking number is provided to you, the risk of loss, delays & damages for such items passes to you. Should there be an issue with the delivery of the products after they have been released to the carrier, you must contact the shipping carrier and file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once you have filed a claim with the shipping carrier, please let Cooks on Main know of the shipping/delivery issue, so we can ensure our customers receive the best services.

We recommend events are at least 10 people.
Booking ideally is done 30-45 days and up to 75 days during peak season (Nov-Dec & June).
Purchasing
In store we accept cash, check with I.D., all major credit cards, Apple pay, and Google pay.
You can add a personalized message to any order during the checkout process.
We currently offer complimentary gift wrapping for all our Cooks on Main bridal registries.
We do offer gift and wedding registry service.
