Ankarsrum Meat Grinder Complete

Grind meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables and a variety of other foods. This is a very high quality, robust grinder that can process a lot of food quickly. The accessory 6mm disk is good for sausage making and the accessory 2.5mm disk is for mincing. For best results, grind meat when it is chilled to just above freezing temperature; this makes a big difference in both grinding ease and the consistency of the finished product.

The Meat Mincer Complete features aluminum mincer housing and ager, stainles steel grinding disc in four sizes; 2.5mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, and 8mm.  Nut grater attachment fir grinding fresh almound flour; strainer attachement for processing berries, apples and tomatoes into seedless sauces; Cookie Extruder for spritz cookies or cheese straws

All metal pieces are NOT dishwasher afe and should be washed in warm soapy water and towel dried by hand.  Grinding discs and knife should be rubbed with oil once they are cleaned.
