Apple Pie Spice

This original Apple Pie Spice is great in more than just pies! Try this blend in batter for sugar cookies, waffles, pancakes and French toast. It will jazz up muffins if you add ½ tsp. per cup of batter. Fantastic sprinkled over oatmeal with a little sugar, or dusted over a latte! For a quick treat, sprinkle a little on fresh apple slices. For an 8 inch apple pie, use 1½ tsp. spice (or to taste). Enjoy!
