Welcome to our kitchen family for an evening of discovery, depth, and exceptional bourbon.

Join us as we welcome Scott Meske, a Certified Whiskey Taster trained through Whiskey University, for an advanced, professionally guided bourbon experience. This is Bourbon 201 — designed for those ready to go beyond the basics and deepen their appreciation for America’s native spirit.

Over the course of approximately two hours, you’ll be led through a curated tasting of 6 different bourbons (½ oz pours), thoughtfully selected to showcase the nuances of mash bills, aging techniques, regional character, and flavor profiles.

Scott will guide you step-by-step through each pour — teaching you how to nose, sip, and evaluate bourbon with confidence. You’ll leave with a stronger understanding of what you enjoy and why, along with practical tasting skills you can use at home or when selecting your next bottle.

To close out the evening, we’ll gather around the table and enjoy a light snack box — the perfect complement to a night of rich flavor and great conversation.
