Vietnamese Cinnamon

Of the many varieties of cinnamon, Vietnamese is, arguably, the finest in the world. One smell will let you know that this is an exceptional product. The aroma and flavor are rich and slightly sweet. The oil content is significantly higher than other cinnamons, which affects the rise in baking. So, if you are baking something that needs to rise, we suggest using a lower-oil cinnamon, such as Korintje or Ceylon varieties.
