Discover the joy of making ravioli from scratch at Cooks on Main! Roll up your sleeves to prepare fresh pasta dough, fill your ravioli with herb ricotta, and learn to shape and seal each little pocket. Finish on a sweet note with strawberry shortcake biscuits.

In our new hands-on class format, each table will work together to prepare the full meal—from fresh pasta to dessert. Share the cooking, build your skills, and enjoy what you’ve made together.
