Once a staple in the Native American diet, we now consider wild rice a delicacy. Try the easy recipe for great wild rice every time. Add 1/2 cup wild rice and 1 T. Wild Rice Seasoning to 4 cups cold water; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 30 minutes. Remove from heat; let sit covered for 30 minutes. Drain excess liquid. Stir in 1 T. butter and 1/2 tsp. Wild Rice Seasoning.
