
Greek Party Dip
This Mediterranean inspired dip is beautiful and delicious! You'll find yourself making it for every party or even just a simple weeknight snack. Add some ground beef or lamb to transform it into a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 English cucumber, diced small
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Citrus Dill Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
- 2–3 pieces pita or naan bread
- 1–2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 English cucumber, cut into small bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp Citrus Dill Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil
- Kalamata olives (for garnish)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, citrus dill sea salt, roasted garlic vinegar, and feta cheese. Mix well, taste for seasoning, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut flatbread into triangles and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake until toasted, about 12–15 minutes.
- On a serving platter, arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber chunks, and toasted flatbread around the prepared yogurt dip. Finish with a sprinkle of Citrus Dill Sea Salt, a drizzle of Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil, and garnish with kalamata olives.
- Serve with flatbread triangles for scooping and dipping. Enjoy!
