
Grilled Brie with Peach Salsa

- 1 wheel Brie
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup peaches, diced
- 2 Tbsp basil leaves, chiffonade
- 1 Tbsp mint leaves, chiffonade
- 2 tsp French Toast Sugar Shaker
- 1 Tbsp Summer Peach White Barrel Aged Balsamic, plus more for topping
- 2 Tbsp Basil Genovese Infused Olive Oil, divided
- Pita chips, bread, or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, peaches, basil, mint, French Toast Sugar Shaker, 1 Tbsp Summer Peach Balsamic, and 1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Olive Oil. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat grill to 350°F. Brush the Brie wheel with the remaining 1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Olive Oil.
- Grill Brie for 3–5 minutes per side, until grill marks form and the inside is melted.
- Transfer Brie to a serving plate. Top with peach salsa and drizzle with additional Summer Peach Balsamic.
- Serve with pita chips, bread, or crackers. Enjoy!
