  1. In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, peaches, basil, mint, French Toast Sugar Shaker, 1 Tbsp Summer Peach Balsamic, and 1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Olive Oil. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat grill to 350°F. Brush the Brie wheel with the remaining 1 Tbsp Basil Genovese Olive Oil.
  3. Grill Brie for 3–5 minutes per side, until grill marks form and the inside is melted.
  4. Transfer Brie to a serving plate. Top with peach salsa and drizzle with additional Summer Peach Balsamic.
  5. Serve with pita chips, bread, or crackers. Enjoy!
