Ingredients

• 3-4 Tbsp Black Truffle Olive Oil, divided 
• 1/2 cup Wabash Valley Farms Popcorn Kernels
• 3/4 tsp Black Truffle Sea Salt
• 3/4 tsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper

Directions

1. In a large pot heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat. 
2. Once hot add kernels and cover. Occasionally shake the pot to ensure even heating.
3. Once popping slows to less than every 3 seconds, remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute. 
4. Season with additional olive oil, salt, and dipper. Enjoy!
