
Turkey Pot Pie Spread
All the cozy flavors of a classic pot pie—served as a warm, creamy dip! This comforting spread blends tender turkey, garden vegetables, cheddar cheese, and a touch of savory bouillon with rich cream cheese and sour cream. Finished with a buttery cracker crumb topping, it’s the perfect appetizer for holiday gatherings, game days, or any night you’re craving a little comfort.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Garden Medley Dip Mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked, chopped turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 piece (cube) chicken bouillon, crushed
- One (14.5 oz.) can mixed vegetables or peas and carrots
- Optional garnish: 1/2 cup crushed butter type cracker crumbs*
Directions
- Soften cream cheese and mix together all ingredients. Place in oven-proof dish and heat through. Stir to mix ingredients again. May also be heated and served in a slow cooker.
- Garnish with 1/2 cup crushed butter type cracker (i.e., Ritz, Townhouse, Club)
