MEDITERRANEAN MULE

• 3 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. Fig Shrub
• 2 oz. Fig Balsamic Vinegar, 2 oz. sugar, fresh figs steeped in a pot and cooled the night before.
• 1/2 cup ginger beer
• 1/2 fresh fig for garnish, optional
• ice cubes

Fill a tall glass or copper mug with ice.

Pour in Vodka and shrub. Top with ginger beer.

Gently stir. Garnish with half a fig.
