  1. Rub the fish with the seasoning, infused olive oil, balsamic, and sea salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with 1 Tbsp Green Chili Infused Olive Oil. Cook the fish filets for 2–3 minutes per side until flaky.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, prepare the Strawberry Slaw by combining all slaw ingredients. Toss to combine and set aside.
  4. Heat tortillas one at a time in a dry pan over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
  5. Assemble the tacos: add fish, slaw, and preferred toppings such as Cotija cheese, lime wedges, and cilantro to each tortilla.
