
Fish Tacos with Strawberry Slaw
Give your tacos a nice kick into Spring!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. white fish
- 4 tsp Sweet Smoked Chili Rub & Seasoning
- 3 tsp Green Chili Infused Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Strawberry Barrel Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Green Chili Infused Olive Oil, for cooking
- Small corn tortillas
- Cotija cheese, lime wedges, cilantro (for serving)
Directions
- Rub the fish with the seasoning, infused olive oil, balsamic, and sea salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with 1 Tbsp Green Chili Infused Olive Oil. Cook the fish filets for 2–3 minutes per side until flaky.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, prepare the Strawberry Slaw by combining all slaw ingredients. Toss to combine and set aside.
- Heat tortillas one at a time in a dry pan over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
- Assemble the tacos: add fish, slaw, and preferred toppings such as Cotija cheese, lime wedges, and cilantro to each tortilla.
