Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef (or pork, or a combination)

  • 1 tablespoon MeatMan’s Beef Marinade per pound of meat

  • Additional ingredients for your traditional meatball recipe (e.g., breadcrumbs, egg, herbs, spices)

  • Olive Oil, for pan-trying

  • Ingredients for your preferred gravy (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat with 1 tablespoon of MeatMan’s Beef Marinade per pound.
  2. Add remaining ingredients from your go-to meatball recipe and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry the meatballs until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove meatballs and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, prepare your favorite gravy using the flavorful drippings.
  7. Serve meatballs with gravy for a rich, savory dish.
