Ingredients

1 beef roast (4–5 lbs. recommended)

2–3 teaspoons MeatMan’s Charged Hickory Rub per pound of meat
Directions

Rub 2–3 teaspoons of MeatMan’s Charged Hickory Rub per pound thoroughly into the meat.

Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Wrap the roast tightly in foil and place in a roasting pan.

Cook in the foil for 2½ to 3 hours.

Remove the foil and finish on a medium-heat grill for 30–45 minutes for a smoky crust.
Alternatively: Finish uncovered in a 350°F oven instead of grilling. -
Let rest before slicing and serving.
