In this hands‑on class, we’ll explore time‑honored recipes that balance comfort and sophistication—perfect for gathering with good company and great food.

On the Menu:

  • Waldorf Salad – crisp apples, crunchy nuts, and a creamy, refreshing dressing
    Herby Parker House Rolls – soft, buttery, and delightfully pillowy (a Boston classic born in the 1870s)
  • • New England Clam Chowder – rich, creamy, and filled with briny clams and tender potatoes, just like they do in New England kitchens
  • Nantucket Pie – a sweet, cozy dessert that highlights the region’s love of seasonal fruit and buttery crust
