Bell Pepper Flakes

Add to salads, pasta, meatloaf and soups for a colorful, tasty addition. These bell pepper flakes are ready when needed, in case the peppers in your fridge are looking a little wrinkled. Try them on pizza, in casseroles, or as part of a marinade for meat. Sprinkle directly into dishes that contain enough liquid to rehydrate them or add 1 part water to 3 parts bell pepper and let stand 20 minutes.
