Dill's light, sweet flavor is diminished by cooking. With this in mind, it's usually added just before serving. Dill weed is widely used in German, Greek, Scandinavian, Slavic and Turkish cuisine. We highly recommend using our dill weed on light fish, such as trout, walleye and pan fish. Add a little onion, garlic and lemon for a great shore lunch. It is also excellent when incorporated into salads, vegetable and chicken dishes.
