OLIVE TAPENADE

Enjoy this mouthwatering spread as an appetizer with crackers or bread or added to main course meats and veggies. 

Directions: Mix 1/4 cup dried Tapenade with 1/4 cup hot water. Let stand for 3 minutes. Drizzle with 1 tsp Balsamic and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (we recommend Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Bonsecchino Tuscan Olive Oil.) Serve on flatbread crackers or baguette slices. 

Delicious for…

  • Spoon prepared Tapenade on chicken, top with cheese, and bake for a delicious main dish. 
  • Saute dried mix with a can of tomatoes and toss with warm pasta. 
  • Combine dried mix with eggs for a Mediterranean scrambler or fritatta. 
  • Serve prepared Tapenade over roasted or grilled meats, seafood, or veggies as a finishing sauce. 

Ingredients: dried olives (green & black), tomato bruschetta (tomato, herbs & spices, salt), fire roasted garlic, basil.
