Pappardelle originates from Tuscany. This pasta gets its name from the verbpappare in Italian meaning “to gobble up”. This pasta is perfect for a variety of sauces, but is a wonderful addition to hardy and rich sauces as the wide noodles can hold up to the weight of heavier sauces.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water. CONTAINS WHEAT.
