Freezer Bag Chicken Fajita

We know some days there are just not enough hours in a day! Quickly have dinner ready with this Freezer Bag Chicken Fajita meal! Make ahead, keep in the freezer, and fry it up when you're ready to eat!
Ingredients

¼ cup Frantoia Olive Oil

2 TBSP Cooks Fajita Seasoning

Salt and Pepper to your liking

2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
-
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into thin strips

1 Green Bell Pepper, cut into thin strips

1 small Red Onion, thinly sliced

1-1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, cut into ½ in. pieces

12 small tortillas
-
Guacamole, Sour Cream, Salsa, or what’s in your fridge for toppings

Directions
Add your prepared veggies and chicken breast to a freezer bag. We used the Bag Well Hand’s Free Bag Holder for this meal prep for added convivence.
Add your olive oil, fajita seasoning, and salt and pepper to your bag.
Squeeze out most of the air in the freezer bag and seal. Then gently toss to coat everything with the oil and seasonings. Freeze until ready to use.
Pour continents of the bag into a skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Stir often. Cooking should take around 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve on tortillas and toppings of your choice! Enjoy!
Recipe Note
TIP: thaw meals in refrigerator 24 hours before cooking for best results.
