Ingredients

Steak

Compound Butter

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Herb & Garlic Dipper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, combine steak with olive oil, vinegar, dipper, and sea salt. Marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours in the fridge.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend compound butter ingredients until well combined. Wrap in plastic wrap and form into a log. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  3. If steak was refrigerated, let it come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
  4. Heat grill to 400°F. Grill steak for 6–7 minutes per side for medium rare.
  5. Remove steak from grill and top with 1 Tbsp compound butter per 8 oz of steak. Let rest 10 minutes per inch of thickness before serving.
