
Lemon & Herb Marinated Chicken

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Meyer Lemon White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning
- 1 ½ tsp Rosemary Infused Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Directions
- In a large zip-top bag, combine olive oil, Meyer Lemon Balsamic, rosemary rub, sea salt, and pepper. Seal and shake to mix.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade. Reseal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- To Pan Sear: Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat a pan (oven-safe) on medium with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Add chicken and sauté for 5–6 minutes. Flip and transfer the pan to the oven. Bake for another 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
- To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (350–400°F). Grill chicken for about 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
