
Shredded Beef
Slow cooked to tender perfection, this bold shredded beef is infused with the zesty flavor of Meat Man’s Beef Marinade, fresh orange juice, jalapeño, and warm spices. Ingredients
- 1 4 lb. Chuck Roast
- 1 jar of Meat Man’s Beef Marinade
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 Jalapeno sliced not seeded
- 1 red pepper diced
- Drizzle of Key Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 2 ½ Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Beef stock as needed
Directions
- Marinate meat overnight. Sear meat on all sides, add in a little beef stock cook on low with a lid for 7-8 hours or until the meat falls apart.
- Taste and re-season if necessary
