SHREDDED BEEF
- 1 4 lb. Chuck Roast
- 1 jar of Meat Man’s Beef Marinade
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 Jalapeno sliced not seeded
- 1 red pepper diced
- Drizzle of Cilantro olive oil
- 2 ½ TBSP Cumin
- 1 TBSP Ground Coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Beef stock as needed
Marinate meat overnight. Sear meat on all sides, add in a little beef stock cook on low with a lid for 7-8 hours or until the meat falls apart.
Taste and re-season if necessary
