Avocado obsessed! Crispy bread topped with avocado hummus, sliced avocado, fresh tomatoes, sea salt and a drizzle of our Mount Egaleo Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, these tartines are sure to win you over every time.
Ingredients

1 large loaf of Rustic Artisan Bread, sliced thick

MARRAKECH MOROCCAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
(or any Olivelle oil of your choice)

Avocado Hummus or Avocado, smashed
-
2 Avocados, sliced
-
Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
-
Sea Salt (Cumin Spice or Roasted Garlic) to taste

Lemon Zest for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle the slices of bread with olive oil and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
Spread the smashed avocado or avocado hummus across the toasted bread. Top with sliced avocado, tomatoes, a sprinkle of sea salt, and lemon zest. Cut each tartine into triangles and drizzle with more Greek Olive Oil. Enjoy!
