Comfort food with a flavorful twist, it’s a one-pot meal that’s anything but ordinary.

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless beef chuck, arm, shoulder or blade pot roast (4 lb)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 cup MeatMan’s Beef Marinade
  • ½ cup Coke
  • 8 small potatoes, cut in half
  • 8 medium carrots, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 8 small whole onions, peeled

Directions

  1. In 4-quart Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until brown on all sides; reduce heat to low.
  2. Sprinkle beef with pepper. Add Coke and MeatMan’s Marinade to Dutch Oven.  Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 2 hours 30 minutes OR roast in oven 300 degrees for 2 hours.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions.  Cover and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
