Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—these smashed red potatoes are roasted to golden perfection, then finished with a bright splash of Prosecco Wine Vinegar. A flavorful side dish perfect for any occasion.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add potatoes to a large pot of cold salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
  4. Using the bottom of a pint glass or ramekin, smash each potato down into a flat, pancake-like shape.
  5. Drizzle with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle with Prosecco Wine Vinegar, and serve hot. Enjoy!
