Salt & Vinegar Smashed Potatoes
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—these smashed red potatoes are roasted to golden perfection, then finished with a bright splash of Prosecco Wine Vinegar. A flavorful side dish perfect for any occasion.

- 3 lb. red potatoes, rinsed
- ¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning
- 1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Prosecco Wine Vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add potatoes to a large pot of cold salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
- Using the bottom of a pint glass or ramekin, smash each potato down into a flat, pancake-like shape.
- Drizzle with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan Asiago Dipper & Seasoning and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with Prosecco Wine Vinegar, and serve hot. Enjoy!
